Well this is my first blog for the New Year and like I promised, I plan (note the key word - "plan") to update my blog once a week or two. I can be quite slack and I don't find myself interesting enough to write about :D I do however enjoy reading blogs. It's become one of my guilty pleasures!
Hmmm, seeing as it is the very beginning of 2010 I thought I'd write down some 'goals' or 'hopes' that I hope to achieve by the end of 2010...
1. Complete Certificate 4 in Business and then in Sem 2 complete the Diploma of Business
2. To have saved $10,000 to buy a larger car (I will take over Sean's Focus - booyah!) Sean is saving the same amount as well. It will be tough but I know we can do it ;)
3. To find a job in a Recruitment agency - whether it's Government or Private. My goal is to become a Recruitment Consultant.
4. To enrol in a HR course for 2011
So far that's it! I know they're mainly career-orientated but I have FINALLY decided after many years of being out of school what I actually want to do and it's soo exciting to be able to put it into action. I feel like a bit of a late bloomer!! I used to be soo jealous of all of the people in Year 12 who knew EXACTLY what they wanted. I used to think, "You're 17/18, and are in school, how can you possibly know what you want?". But I guess with me, I needed to have that break from study and work and find out what it really is that interests me. So watch out 2010, here I come!! :D
